Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade

For the price, this is actually a pretty darn good hotel. Sure, it could be in better shape, but the location is excellent. Falls side rooms have a nice view, although you'll want higher floors to really see the Falls. The pool is heated and the hot tub actually gets hot, although there was maintenance on some of the days, but they made a deal with a nearby hotel to use their facilities. Breakfast is ok, but you're better off going to a nearby restaurant and enjoy the local cuisine. Decent price, great location, and acceptable rooms adds up to a great experience! Thanks!

We stayed in the best room of the hotel. It was an old building. View was incredible. Breakfast was absolutely Normal!! The room service and cleaning staff were great. Just I didn’t like the behavior of reception! They were not helpful!

The room was out-dated and little dusty but the bed and mattress was neat and comfy. Also my favorite part is their breakfast service, such as fresh food, good selections. The best is the close location to the falls. Walking distance so especially in the early morning, I enjoy taking a walk to the falls to see the falls and the sunrise.

This is a motel not a hotel. For the price and location we were happy enough however earplugs would have been very nice to have. Everytime our neighbors turned on the water or flush the toilet we could hear the lound sound through the walls. That said the bed was clean, the pillows were comfortable enough, and room service cleaned while we were out. COMPLAINTS: 1. Spotted mold on the window-side of the curtains (so when the curtains were closed. We did not turn on the AC unit since we didnt want that in the air). Was also some spots of mold or something near the ceiling of the the bathroom. 2. Lastly, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to go to a different parking lot and walk through a small alley to get back. Thankfully the front desk was helpful giving us directions and a pass for Free Parking.

I booked a special Sweet 16 getaway for my wife & daughter in Niagara Falls at the Quality Fallsview Cascade. I must highlight David at the front desk. He was a consummate professional and great representative for the hotel when addressing an issue we had. He assured that everything was looked after and that my loved ones had a great stay. Thanks David. This location is right beside Skylon tower, the falls and ideal to walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, etc. They didn't use the pool or gym but would definitely stay again.

Overall, it was an okay stay. The staff was excellent and very responsible. Someone hit my car in the hotel parking, and the receptionist immediately called and informed us, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good with a nice variety — bread and butter, fresh waffles, muffins, coffee, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, granola, fruits, toaster, and microwave available in the lobby. Coffee was available in the lobby throughout the day, and everything was self-serve, which was convenient. One major area that needs improvement is odor/cleanliness. The elevator and carpets had a strong smell, which was unpleasant. The AC/heater was very noisy, so we had to turn it off even though the temperature was low. The bathroom tap also seemed odd and needs fixing. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, the stay experience could improve significantly.

The room was nice. It seemed like the room had been remodeled recently, but the bathroom was a little off. The toilet and toilet seat were loose. The sink needed some work, but overall a great place to stay. Free parking so close to everything was a huge bonus perk.

We had a very nice experience here. We are not the type of people who stay at five-star hotels. We’d rather save that money and make our travels go further. This hotel was the perfect fit for that. Budget friendly yet perfectly adequate in every way! No, it was not a five star hotel nor does it pretend to be in any shape or form but the rooms were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast goes until 11, allowing you to both sleep in and eat in, not a common hotel practice!! And for the price we paid, you could not ask for better!! The location is amazing. You are a few minute walk from the falls. We did have a falls view room which was a little underwhelming but as far as I’m concerned that’s been the case with most “falls view” rooms in most of the local hotels. But free parking on property was also a big bonus because not all the hotels offer that. And definitely not the hotels at this price range.
